Is there customer support? All I see here is just a pricelist and forums.

Can accounts be upgradeable (say from 99/year to 99/month)? Would there be any fees involved other than the price difference?

Do you create backups, or would users have to make them themselves?

Yes there is customer support, and support links are provided once you sign up as a customer. These forums are for pre-sales questions only.

Yes accounts can be upgraded and there are no fees involved, just the price difference.

Although most servers do have backups, currently we don't guarantee backups and expect customers to perform their own backups using the backup features in both DirectAdmin and Cpanel.
