DirectAdmin IMHO is way easier to use, much more reliable and much more stable in comparison to Cpanel. And it has most if not all of the functionality that Cpanel offers.
To move from a Cpanel host, you would need to backup any MySQL databases, and backup files. These would then have to be uploaded onto our server.
