OK, so I found your site listed on webhostingtalk.com and I thought, "99p...For a month?! No way." But here I am and there it is. Frankly, I'm not convinced. I'd like to be!
![]() IS there a catch? I have read through the few posts in this pre-sales forum and there are a few people singing your praises, so you must be doing something right. The thing is, I've just started up my own website and my current host isn't all I expected, so now I'm on the lookout for a good, reliable hosting company who have good customer service and a fair price. I see the price is fair, but if I need assistance with anything how long should I expect to wait before my e-mails are answered? Is there a premium rate charge for phone calls? I'm running a business, so would need to add an SSL Certificate. Can I add my own, or would I have to have a shared certificate? Thanks for your time, The Black Dragon |

RE: Sceptic approaching!
Many thanks for your questions! Actually if you look a little closer, our plans start from 99p Every Year and thereafter various plans including the 99p Every Month plan.
Once you try out our hosting, hopefully you will be convinced. There's no catch here, just good old down to earth hosting ![]() In terms of support, we provide web based support via our Helpdesk located at http://hostingclientsupport.com Our support response times and our resolutions to technical support issues are generally excellant. Please note we only support our hardware, network connectivity, server operating system environments and any software installed by us. All users have to take care of their own scripts and coding. If you want to install a SSL certificate, then this needs to be purchased separately. We can provide such a entry level SSL certificate to be installed on a single domain for £19.99/year. It also requires a dedicated IP, which we can provide for £2.00/month. Please let us know if you have any further questions. |

RE: Sceptic approaching!
OK, so if I had the dedicated ip, I could have my own SSL Certificate? I don't have to use the one you provide? Sorry if this sounds like I'm being over cautious, but my exsisting host doesn't allow the use of my own SSL, so I just want to be extra sure I'm getting what I need!
And, if the service wasn't right for me, would I be able to leave when I needed to? I'm hoping that your service is exactly what I need, but just in case... I don't want to locked into a lenghtly contract if t's not working out for me. I do understand that you need to make money, so if you do have a contract I'd rather know now than later on.I think that's all I need to know. Thanks again, The Black Dragon. |

RE: Sceptic approaching!
Hi,
Yes of course you can install your own SSL certificate, and hence take it away with you if you decided to move away from us for whatever reason. Our hosting plans can be purchased on a monthly basis, so you can cancel your hosting whenever you need to with no strings attached. Please let us know if you have any further questions. |

Hi,
Well, thanks for your time answering my questions. It's good to know that you're happy to do so, even before I've started paying! I think now that you've allayed my fears I'll be glad to host with you. Many thanks again and I look forward to hosting my store with you. The Black Dragon. |
