Sometimes within a few hours, but normally within a few minutes!

Wow, that was quick. I submitted a Help Desk ticket about 3 minutes ago and just received my account info. Thanks. Hopefully I'll rarely have to use it, but if that's any indication of the speed Help Tickets are handled here, I'm feeling pretty good about this relationship!
